Do I have to have a fire risk assessment?
A Fire Risk Assessment is a legal requirement. If you are responsible for a building - an employer, owner or occupier of premises that isn't a 'single private dwelling' (a private home), you need to make sure a suitably competent person completes a Fire Risk Assessment.
Do I have to provide fire training to my staff?
Employers are legally required by law - The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 to provide information, instruction and training to employees about fire precautions in the workplace.
Is my business too small or large for Fire Compliance Southwest?
We are equally as comfortable supporting a small Bed & Breakfast with 10 occupants as we are a large premises with thousands of occupants.
We have the skills to support and our pricing is always based on the size of the task so will always be proportionate to the amount of work involved.
